A massive abandoned warehouse left standing alone after the demolition of the surrounding industrial estate. The rejuvenated land became a farm, centered around an old barn and farmhouse cottage a fair distance from the warehouse. The small patch of civilization is half the distance to Bellanore but to the East, into the mountains.
